Anambra Decides: I Declared Soludo Winner Under Duress

The returning officer for Orumba North Local Government Area, Dr Michael Odu, says he forcefully signed the election results for the local government.

Charles Soludo, the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) was reported to have garnered the most votes in the LGA.

Anambra Decides

Soludo had 4,826 votes followed by his All Progressives Congress counterpart Andy Uba who picked up 2,692 votes.

However, reports say Odu admitted to have been under duress, thus rendering the election results invalid.

According to reports, Soludo is in poll position to succeed his party Willie Obiano.
