A man with the username @Twirra’s Paparazzi tweeted about how he sacked some of his workers for coming late to work and using the rain as an excuse.

He wrote: “I sent three of my workers back home today.
“Their excuse was ‘rainfall’. I didn’t listen to them cos that wasn’t enough excuse for me plus they already know the rules of the company.

“They were 1hr 15 minutes late … our company has a strict policy on punctuality!’’
