Daniel Bwala, spokesperson of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the last election, Atiku Abubakar, on Thursday revealed some top politicians that would make the cabinet of President Bola Tinubu in few weeks to come.
Ibom Focus recalls that Tinubu, who was declared winner in the February 25 presidential election, returned from France on Monday where he had travelled for a rest as well as to reportedly draw up the list of his cabinet ahead of 29 May inauguration.
But in a tweet on his Twitter handle on Thursday, the Borno State-born Bwala said Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, will likely be appointed as Minister of Interior by Tinubu while his counterpart from Kaduna, Nasir El-Rufai, would be Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
He also stated that former Akwa Ibom governor, Godswill Akpabio from the South-South region will emerge as Senate President.
