BREAKING: Paul Pogba Banned From Football
Former Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has been banned from football for four years.
The French forward was found guilty of testing positive for testosterone.
He performed a routine drug test following Juventus’ victory over Udinese on August 20.
According to La Repubblica, the punishment was handed to him by an anti-doping prosecutor’s office based in Italy.
The Red Devils’ most expensive player of all time, made 223 appearances for United, scored 39 goals and 51 assists for United.
Pogba will be close to 35 years old when his ban expires in 2028.
The 31-year-old fought to prove his innocence after initially failing the test, he also provided a counter-analysis B-sample in October which also came back positive
