President Muhammadu Buhari Monday condoled the Kazaure Emirate Council in Jigawa State on the passing of Alhaji Ilyasu Adamu, Tafidan Kazaure.
Buhari, in a statement by his spokesman, Garba Shehu, joined the emirate and the Adamu’s family in praying for the repose of the soul of the departed community leader and retired Deputy Director, Social Services, in the Ministry of Health and Social Development, Jigawa State.
‘‘The humanitarian initiatives of the late Tafidan Kazaure greatly endeared him to the people and his wise and godly counsel will be greatly missed by those who came in direct contact with him in Jigawa State and beyond.
‘‘May Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaus,’’ the president prayed.
