2023 Presidency: APC Has Zoned To South, See Their Target
The All Progressive Congress (APC) has disclosed that the 2023 president has been drafted to South-south, this was revealed by a chieftain of the party.
Talking during the kick off of enrollment and revalidation practice in Uyo Sunday, the Chairman, APC Registration and Revalidation Panel for Akwa Ibom state, Senator Abubakar Geiri, said President Muhammadu Buhari and the National Chairman of the party knew about the arrangement.
Geiri, addressed by the Secretary of the Panel, Hon. Sheriff Banki, approached the south-south wing of the party especially the young people and the ladies to assemble themselves and register for taking over the 2023 presidential position.
I have the authority of Mr President, I have the authority of the chairman of the party to disclose to you that the presidency is returning to the South. Along these lines, with this, the ball is presently in your court.
We are on out and we need our children and girls to come and take over from us.”
He recognized the Akwa Ibom state section of the party for paying attention to the revalidation by turning up for the activity in altogether.
Geiri, who said the activity was observers soaring enrollment in under four days of its beginning the nation over prompting the depletion of enlistment reports, said before Wednesday enrollment archives would be provided to all units for individuals to proceed with their revalidation.
Then, The Senior Special Assistance to President on Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Ita Enang expressed gratitude toward the leaders of the party for the beginning of the activity in Akwa Ibom State.
Enang asked the party in the state to urge more individuals to join the progressing exercise, adding that it will empower the party to win the 2023 presidency, Senatorial, governorship and any remaining seats in the state and the country.
It is to enroll individuals from the party so whether you are supporting A or B or C for Senate, House of Assembly, President or for Governor of Akwa Ibom State, kindly let everyone come and register.
