Oh Akwa Ibom, Who Will Help Akwa Ibom? One Murder, Too Many.
Following the recent murdered of Akwa ibom Job seeker, Iniubong Umoren, many things revealed that happened in the past without any action up till now, Who will help Akwa ibom now?
On 21st December, 2020, a final year student of Engineering from the University of Uyo was allegedly murdered in cold blood in his apartment in Uyo by a Pastor. His body was found a week after he was declared missing.
On 11th January, 2021, a resident of Abak Road, Uyo and native of Etinan Local Government Area, Akwaowo Japhet, was allegedly murdered again in cold blood by one Odume Paschaline, an NYSC member serving in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State Capital.
And on 30th April, 2021, an orphan, a graduate of Philosophy from the University of Uyo, Ini Umoren was allegedly murdered in cold blood by one Uduak Frank Akpan who is said to have invited her for a job interview and lured her to his house in Uruan, where she was sexually assaulted before her life was taken.

Till today, little or nothing has been heard of the first two cases and if time is not taken, after the normal few days posts on social media, the current incident will be forgotten like the previous ones, raising a question, “who will be the next victim”?
Will these talented, promising young Nigerians die in vain? The question the Police, the Judiciary, the Media and entire Nigerians must answer.
