Information reaching Ibom Focus that Another UNIUYO Student Declared Missing
A search is underway to find Miss Iniubong Okon Offiong who was last seen Thursday 2 September 2021 at about 8.30 pm.
She is a year two (2) student of the Department of Theatre Arts, University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom state.
Ms Iniubong was reported missing by her father, elder sister and fellow students.
Her lecturer, Ekemini Effiong, confirmed her disappearance on Facebook: “I am reliably informed that she was on her way home along LONG SPAN. On call with her elder sister this morning, she said that her books and pullover were found which created an impression of attack or abduction.”
The lecturer added a recent photograph of Miss Iniubong which has been distributed on social media.
“I have been too nervous to type anything since last night,” her sister said. “Please if you have any info about her way about kindly dm me Please pray for her🙏She is my only sister.”
