Any woman That Asks About Your Income Before Marriage Or Relationship Is Not Necessarily A Gold Digger — Reno Omokri, Gives Reason
Reno Omokri says Any woman That Asks About Your Income Before Marriage Or Relationship Is Not Necessarily A Gold Digger
Popular author and human rights advocate, Reno Omokri, has given some insight into why women often wish to know their partner’s financial status before settling down.
According to Omokri, women who ask men about their income are not gold diggers, rather they are making a wise move which will help stabilise their marriage.
To buttress his point, the former presidential aide noted that most divorces have to do with lack of money, which makes it right for women to ask questions before diving into the marital institution.
Taking to Twitter, he wrote; “Dear men,
If you ask a girl to marry you and she enquired about your income, she is not necessarily a gold digger. A wise woman must know the income of her proposed husband because it affects the outcome of the marriage.
Most divorces are caused by lack of money.”
