The Apostolic Church Member Isantim Aniekpeno Etim announced his withdrawal of membership from the Church.
Cites Church council’s decision to Adopt Pst. Umo Eno as its Governorship Candidate for 2023 as reason for his decision.

LETTER OF WITHDRAWAL OF MEMBERSHIP
Calvary greetings beloved in Christ, Aniekpeno Jeremiah Etim writing the church of Christ from Edem Urua District, Ibiono Ibom.
Beloved, the church was founded for the purpose of Humanity, changing lives, and spreading the Gospel of our Saviour.
It’s unfortunate that the Church today has abandon it’s essence as the Bible commanded, “go ye therefore, make disciples tell them that Christ has risen from the dead…… ” to the deadly and blood shading Nigerian Politics.
Adoption of a Guber candidate is never the agenda of the Church of Christ and Christ didn’t ask us to do such.
To this end, having heard that The Apostolic Church Nigeria has adopted Pst Umo Eno as it’s Guber Candidate for the Church of Christ and mandate members to do same, I Aniekpeno Jeremiah Etim,a registered and baptized member of The Apostolic Church Nigeria, hereby write to officially resign my Membership from the Church organization.
