… As Wife, AKHA Speaker admonishes Uruan Women on steadfastness and sincerity.
Wife of the Executive Chairman, Uruan Local Government Area, Akwa ibom state, Mrs Ndifreke Iniobong , led Uruan women on special prayer session for the state, families and the Local government.
The event which was held at the women development Centre hall, Idu, witnessed the presence of the Wife of the speaker, Akwa Ibom State house of Assembly, Mrs Itohowo Bassey, Vice Chairman, Uruan Local Government, Hon. Mrs Uduak Daniel Udoenang, Commissioner Law Reforms Commission, Dr Itoro Etim.
The prayer session which drew women leaders from all the wards in the local government Area, religious leaders who converged for the special prayer session with the theme, ‘what shall separate us from the love of God’ Romans 8:34-39.
The women who prayed fervently for the good and peaceful co-existence of people in Uruan Local Government, Akwa Ibom and Nigeria, for God to put away uneasiness among youths, women and create direction for the Local Government, solicited for unity among residents in the Area.
Other dignitaries who graced the prayer meeting were; Wife of immediate past Chairman, Mrs Ofonime Henry, Wife of the former Chairman, Uruan, Mrs Editi Edem, PDP women leader Uruan chapter, Deputy leader, Uruan legislative council, Hon Alice Akrah, Mrs Anestina Iweh, Women appointees of govt., Ward Executives and former appointees of govt. among others.
