Wonders In Chosen Ministries Are Genuine, Says Pastor Mouka
The General Overseer of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Ministries, Lazarus Mouka, has affirmed that the wonders of God will continue to be a defining feature of the Church, despite any distractions or criticisms.
Mouka made this statement at the conclusion of a two-day revival held at the Church’s headquarters in Ijesha, Lagos State.
The Church, which has been the subject of social media discussions due to its mode of worship and frequent testimonies of miracles, remains steadfast in its mission.
Mouka emphasized that these signs and wonders are central to the Church’s identity and will remain a key part of its ministry.
The event, organized to reignite the hope of believers, featured powerful revival sessions, as well as healing and deliverance services.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), the revival attracted a large crowd, with many sharing testimonies of divine intervention and spiritual breakthroughs.
Mouka reiterated that the Church will continue to focus on its mission of spreading the message of faith and demonstrating the power of God through miraculous signs, which have become a symbol of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Ministries.
The theme of the revival was: “Wonderful Move of God as of Old”.
“Just as of old, God has continued to do wonders in Chosen, to the surprise of many who lack the knowledge of how God uses things of common to confirm things of great.
“Those scorning you for your faith shall be further bewildered on how God will continue to do wonders within the Christian community.
“We should not be bothered by the persecution of the world, but such should make you stronger in faith to fortify your abode in heaven and silence your mockers,” he said.
He stressed that the God of old was the same yesterday, today and tomorrow; therefore, he shall remain strange to unbelievers who tend to mock God.
He tasked the congregation to remain steadfast in God and embrace the heavenly train and not look back.
He offered prayers for the unity of the nation and wisdom for its leadership to employ God’s wisdom in the affairs of the nation.
