The Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Taiwo Oyedele, has paid tribute to Pa Reuben Fasoranti, the late Afenifere leader and elder statesman, whose life and public service spanned a century.

He stressed that Fasoranti’s approach to public service offers valuable lessons for those entrusted with managing public resources and shaping economic policies.
Oyedele, who hails from Ondo State, said he shared in the grief of the people over the passing of a respected son of the state whose legacy extended beyond his immediate community.
He urged present and future leaders to sustain the late statesman’s ideals by demonstrating discipline, fairness, transparency, and an unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people.
