Tunji- Ojo Congratulates Oyedele On His New Appointment As Minister Of State For Finance

The Minister of Interior, Dr Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo has congratulated Dr Taiwo Oyedele, on his appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the Minister of State for Finance.

The Hon.Minister’s congratulatory message comes after Dr Oyedele’s nomination by Mr President and confirmation as the appropriate candidate for the position by the Senate.

Tunji-Ojo identified Oyedele as a man of integrity, brilliance, whose unwavering dedication to service delivery makes him exemplary and fit for the new position.

“Beyond your track records, I have known you as a man of integrity, brilliance and unwavering dedication, not just in your field of expertise but also as a Nigerian who believes in the development of his country,” he said.

The minister added that Oyedele’s past works as Chairman of the Presidential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms made a profound impact.

“ I have no doubt that you will bring the same vision, commitment, and excellence to this new role.

“It fills me with pride to see your talent and service recognized at this level.

“ Nigeria is fortunate to have you leading in this critical sector and I celebrate your achievement with all my heart,” Tunji-Ojo said.

He Congratulated the new minister as he wished him a successful tenure as the Minister of State for Finance.

Tunji-Ojo appreciated President Tinubu for finding Dr Oyedele worthy of such position.
