BREAKING: University Graduate Takes A’Ibom Governor To Social Media Over Failed Promise On Convocation Day, Photos
Information reaching IBOM FOCUS that, A First class graduate of University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, took Governor Udom Emmanuel to social media over failed promises made by the governor on her convocation day.
IBOM FOCUS Understand that, The first class graduate by name Nsidibe Etuk, posted on her Facebook handle and lamented that her hope was raised to further her studies outside the country after she bagged first class and the governor promised to sponsor her education.
She posted her photos on the graduation day along side with the former Vice Councillor of the University Mrs. Comfort Ekpo and that of the governor.
According to statement made available to IBOM FOCUS; “These pictures were taken on October 31, 2015, during my convocation at University of Uyo, Nigeria. I bagged a First Class Honours and emerged the Valedictorian that year. Our beloved Governor, His Excellency, Mr Udom Emmanuel in his speech at the event promised that I would be sponsored to further my education at anywhere to any level”.
She narrated that “Jesus Christ was abandoned in the tomb for three days but my graduation promise been laid in the sepulchre of bureaucracy for over five years now”.
“May Christ’s resurrection bring a visitation to my case. May it please our Governor and all the parties involved in fulfilling this public promise, to solidify it with love and dedication”. She said.

IBOM FOCUS also Understand that, first class graduate appeal to the executive Governor of Akwa ibom state, Deacon Udom Emmanuel to remember his promised toward her.
Meanwhile, reactions are trailing on social media platforms as citizens began to drag the governor for failing to redeem his vows.
