Again; Killing Of Jesus: Activist Drag Israel And Italy To Court
Information reaching IBOM FOCUS that, Kenyan activist, Dola Indisdis, has taken Israel and Italy to court for the second time over the death of biblical Jesus.
Dola Indisdis, according to Africa Facts Zone, has filed a new complaint against Israel and Italy at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) after his first lawsuit was dismissed in 2013.
Dola Indisdis, who intended to use the Bible as evidence this time, argued that Jesus’ trial and crucifixion were illegal and that the state of Israel , among others, should be made accountable.
“I filled the case because it’s my duty to uphold the dignity of Jesus and I have gone to the ICJ for the man from Nazareth”, the former spokesman of the Kenyan Judiciary, Dola Indisdis was quoted to have told The Nairobian.

Dola Indisdis concluded that the prosecution of Jesus violated his human rights which is the basis of his lawsuit against Israel and Italy.
