An epitaph is a short inscription written on a person’s grave stone. In some cases, an epitaph is written to describe the kind of person who was buried in the grave or the kind of life he or she was living.

In other cases, it could be inscribed to suggest the emotions or feelings of the bereaved family members.

Senior Prophet TB Joshua who has just been buried on Friday, 9th June, at the Synagogue Church of All Nations was in deed a great man of God who had performed great miracles while on earth.

He was buried at the Synagogue Church premises in Lagos, and a beautiful tombstone has been prepared at his grave for his memory. There at the tombstone, his image was been designed on marble with a short epitaph which reads; “Prophet T.B. Joshua (12 June 1963 – 5 June 2021) – The Final Resting Place! To God be the glory!”

The tombstone of Prophet TB Joshua is made of Marble and it is very beautiful. It really shows that he was a great man. While he was alive, he spent his life in the church preaching and helping people.

He loved the poor and the needy and the less privileged. And in return, he was greatly loved by his followers.

Earlier at the graveyard before the tomb was sealed, family members poured sand and threw flowers in the grave to show the honour and love they had for the great Man of God.

May his soul rest in perfect peace and may God console and comfort the family whom he has left behind.
