EXCLUSIVE: Did Akwa Ibom State Governor, Udom’s Anointed Candidate, Eno Attempt To Change Certificate Tendered In Court?

An attempt by the controversial PDP candidate, Pastor Umo Eno to fraudulently replace court documents earlier admitted in evidence has been uncovered.

Pastor Umo was dragged to court by Mr. Akan Okon who came second at the PDP governorship primary in Uyo.

The case FHC/UY/110/2022 which is receiving an accelerated hearing at the Justice Agatha Okeke court has witnessed tense legal fireworks.

The Crest News Online reported that during cross-examination, the plaintiff, Mr. Akan Okon, told the court that he sat for the West African Senior School Certificate Examination, WASSCE in 1981 and obtained a certificate from WAEC, that when he compared his certificate, that of Mr. Emmanuel Enoidem and others who wrote the same examination that year with that of Mr. Eno, Eno’s certificate stood out as the only one with a different serial index number.

The expert witness, Chief Reginald Udunze subpoenaed by the court similarly, confirmed that the result is forged.

However, based on the request by the counsel to Akan Okon, Okey Amaechi SAN, that Pastor Umo present his WAEC certificates in court, Umo presented a 1981 and 1983 certificates. The presentation of the certificate in court yesterday gave rise to elevated ecstasy in the camp of Umo Eno who refused to remember that every fake or forged document has an original because it originated from somewhere. And that because an original was presented doesn’t make it genuine or authentic.

Thus, in an attempt to sneak in the photocopy of the original certificate he presented in court yesterday to replace the photocopy he presented to INEC and PDP which is already in court without pagination, the Counsel to Akan Okon spotted them and raised alarm.

According to an expert Psychoanalyst Dr. Bonnyface Akamba, “only a high level of frustration can be responsible for Umo Eno’s attempt to openly replace court documents in the open. It shows that he is losing both the case and his mind and people can only experience such catharsis when they are out of tune with their current state of mind by bringing the content of the unconscious into conscious awareness.”

“A fake document is a fake document and no legal jargon can reverse it to a genuine document. How can Umo Eno explain the fact that seating under where WAEC warned that “any alteration on the certificate renders it invalid” is ‘page 1 and 2’, typed on his certificates, who is deceiving who?”, he concluded.

According to source who spoke with Ibom Focus said, Umo Eno has never made any attempt to change any certificate that he was earlier summitted to the court.
